Responsibilities:
A Client Relationship Manager at Eagle Access LLC acts as the primary liaison between the client and the Eagle Access organization. This self-motivated, responsible, and energetic individual will coordinate the efforts of Eagle Access, an application service provider, and the client to ensure that the client's needs and service levels are met or exceeded. The duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Track and prioritize client issues and coordinate/provide the resources to resolve those issues

Perform analysis, identify and resolve business and software problems

Coordinate implementation and development projects, including gathering business requirements, project scoping, and writing functional specifications, and quality assurance testing

Coordinate and participate in customer training to enhance client understanding and utilization of the system

Understand and monitor the client's business direction providing available solutions to identified problems
-
Manage product upgrade rollouts from quality assurance and user acceptance testing to scheduled implementation
Requirements:

Two years experience in investment accounting (preferably multi-currency), back office operations, and portfolio administration

Strong system analysis and problem solving skills, familiarity with computer systems

Strong communications skills, works well within a team environment, garners and effectively communicates viable solutions

Minimum requirement are a BA or BS (finance or accounting preferable) from an accredited institution.

Experience with performance measurement and attribution is a plus

Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, reporting tools, and programming languages is a plus
-
Travel is required (but not extensive)
