Responsibilities:

Consultants are the organization’s core resources and are key members of the practice teams. In this role the candidate would perform business analysis and promote Eagles software applications.  He/She would be responsible for writing detailed weekly status reports and small-scale project plans. Working well independently and functioning effectively in a team environment is a must for success. The ideal candidate would interpret and defines complex business problems while interacting with clients and managing the client's expectations.  Recognizing barriers to productivity and knowing when and how to escalate is a must for success. He/She would also provides high quality delivery of project tasks and maintain a high level of billable utilization.

Requirements:

• Seeking individual with the following skills/experience:
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years experience. 
• MBA or CFA preferred but not required. 
• Demonstrated track record of contributing successfully to the delivery of small, high quality projects. 
• Knowledgeable in the core company technologies (or in the case of a new hire become knowledgeable).
• General knowledge of technology and software development. 
• 25-50% Travel
