Responsibilities:
The business analyst participates in requirements gathering, software design and development, product support, and quality assurance for the assigned functions within the Eagle Accounting Insurance solution throughout the product development life-cycle.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Requirements gathering for new and enhanced functionality

Translating business requirements into functional/technical specifications

Assist in the creation of and execution of test plans through all phases of the system development life-cycle.

Drafting release notes for defect corrections and new functionality
Seeking someone with excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills who has an understanding of complex technical business systems. Position responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical specifications and working closely with system developers.
Requirements:

The qualified candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in systems development and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Must have excellent oral and written communication ability.

Must exercise a high attention to detail and must be extremely organized.

Strong investment security knowledge or prior experience in the financial service industry is recommended.

Knowledge of Windows NT, SQL Server, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Office, or a willingness to learn is a must.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Computer Science is preferred.
