The Product Development Analyst I assist in product support, quality assurance, and software design and development for the assigned functions.  S/he assists in the delivery of products and helps identify, write-up, test, and close bugs in products.  The Product Development Analyst executes functional test plans, works with automated regression cases to improve software quality, and works with more experienced analysts to move product specifications from conception to approval.  S/he documents and researches functional and technical issues and assists in supporting email, web, implementation, sales, and marketing.

Requirements:

• Must have strong deductive reasoning and diagnostic problem solving skills with a customer service focus 
• 2-5 years relevant experience required as an analyst/accountant 
• Fund accounting experience preferred. Technical experience is not necessary 
• BS degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or equivalent. Other degrees considered.
